Client case study: Improving cutting tool performance


Every once in a while we like to highlight a client case study that we feel others can learn from.  This week we highlight some work we did for Mitsubishi Climate Control and how we were able to dramatically improve their cutting tool performance.  It resulted in improving their average end mill use well over 1,500 parts, a significant improvement.  Whether it is troubleshooting cutting tool runout, drill performance, and completely revamping an automated manufacturing process, we can have a significant impact on your production efficiency.
